Ethics and Complaints Channel

The Ethics and Whistleblower Channel represents the system that Éxxita offers to all its staff, management personnel, administration and board of directors, as well as third parties related to the company -suppliers, contractors, partners, shareholders, etc.- with the purpose of allowing the communication of any fact, conduct or practice that could contravene current legislation, the Code of Ethics or the company's internal regulations.

The Ethical Channel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows secure, confidential and, if desired, anonymous communications.

Channels for reporting a complaint

In accordance with the new procedure, communications may be made through the following channels:

EXXITA Oral communication

Directly with Eva María Pérez Carneiro, Director of Control, Compliance & Transformation,
or with our labor lawyer, Soledad Oliver.

After the oral communication, it will be necessary to complete the form for its correct processing.

Confidentiality and protection

We would like to remind you that all communications or complaints made through the established channels will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and with full guarantee of protection for the informants, in accordance with the regulations in force.

The objective is to ensure that any worker can safely communicate events or situations without fear of negative consequences in his or her work environment.
