Six things you should know about our Ethical Channel

What is the Channel?

This tool is available to Éxxita employees and any third parties associated with the Company to report concerns, ask questions, or seek guidance regarding potential violations of the law or our Code of Conduct. It allows users to do so with complete confidence, ensuring protection against any form of retaliation.

It operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Who manages Éxxita's Ethics Hotline?

The Ethics Hotline is managed by the Ethics and Compliance Committee.
It is managed with independence, objectivity, and respect for the rights of all parties involved, ensuring that every communication is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality

How do I use it?

Reports may be submitted through the designated Ethics Channel by clicking on the following link: ETHICS CHANNEL, or via the email address provided for this purpose.

In addition, if you deem it appropriate, you may address any situation or concern directly with your supervisor or the Human Resources Department.

What happens after I contact the Ethics Hotline?

Once the report is received, it will be handled by the individuals responsible for the Ethics Channel, as designated by the Ethics Committee. 

This team will review the information provided and determine what additional measures are necessary. The investigations will be conducted in strict confidence and in accordance with the Ethics Channel Procedure.

Zero tolerance for retaliation

At Éxxita, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of retaliation against those who report a concern or potential violation in good faith, as well as against those who cooperate in an investigation. Retaliation is considered a serious violation of our Code of Ethics.

Commitment to Anonymity and Confidentiality

When submitting a report through the Ethics Channel, you will have the option to identify yourself or remain anonymous. We encourage you to provide your identity, but anonymous reports are also accepted.

Any communication made in good faith will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the law and best practices.

The Ethics Hotline is NOT an emergency service or a consultation channel. Please do not use this site to report situations that pose an imminent threat to life or property, routine inquiries, or other non-emergency matters.
