A strategic training plan approved by the Board
Éxxita's arrival in Extremadura is supported by a strategic training plan declared of interest by the Government Council of the Regional Government of Extremadura, with an investment of 693,195 euros.
This program seeks to train professionals in skills linked to sustainability, circular economy and innovation, improving employability in the region and preparing talent for the challenges of the transition to a more responsible production model.
Technology and artificial intelligence in the service of sustainability
Éxxita Be Circular, of Andalusian origin, applies advanced technology and artificial intelligence to extend the useful life of electronic devices. Its model combines accurate diagnosis, efficient repairs and recovery of parts and components, optimizing the management of electronic waste. All this is enhanced by strategic alliances with companies, R&D&I entities and regulatory bodies.
Training and employment in Cáceres and Badajoz
The implementation in the two provinces of Extremadura will allow not only to train new professionals, but also to requalify local talent, generate sustainable employment and promote the transition to a model based on the reuse and reduction of electronic waste.
The Training Plan, with an annual duration, includes 10 programs (5 in Cáceres and 5 in Badajoz) for a total of 151 participants. In addition, the company has committed to hire 15% of the students.
